Grandma turns 60 trip to La Jolla
So grandma is our biggest babysitting helper and we love her a lot too so we decided that for her monumental 60th birthday we would take her to the beach to play in the sand with the kids. However, her 60 year old body had other plans so in the few days before her birthday she had a gallbladder removal and was post-op on her birthday. What a way to ring in 60 right :). Could have been worse and in no time she was ready to make the trip with her gallbladder in a biohazard trash bag somewhere. So here are some pictures from our trip, we had a great time!! I think the kids want grandma to turn 60 every year.
